Robin Fell
Investment Advisor
Robin founded Cheval Properties in early 1996 and is now responsible for the performance of a number of significant commercial property investment funds. Previously with Gooch Wagstaff (now Colliers CRE) he graduated from the University of Aberdeen as a Bachelor of Land Economy. Robin is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. With a history of fund and client management Robin is responsible for investment strategies and client relations.
Robin identifies investment opportunities
on behalf of clients negotiates financing
through leverage. Robin has established
relationships with the major European
and UK banks currently lending
including; Santander, Deutsche Post,
Deka, Barclays and RBS.
Robin has managed funds in excess
of £2 billion and is currently managing
£1.25 billion of assets across a number
of UK and London based real estate
portfolios. Robin has established eight
commercial property funds since 2001
(the most recent in 2006), which have
invested in mixed use UK real estate
portfolios. These funds have raised in
excess of £210 million of equity with
significant investment returns up to
March 2007.

The Azalea Fund
Robin set up and co-invested in this
Fund in 1999, raised £6.3 million and provided
a 96% increase on original equity
for investors by
exit in 2004.
Belfry Properties UK Plc
Once more as co-investors, Robin
established this Fund, alongside Allied
Irish Bank in 2001, raising £11 million and
providing a 254% return for investors at
exit in 2006.
